Be better prepared for the flu season. Hints to stay healthy
Fruits high in acid can be a great help in detoxing your body but there are some things to be aware of when using them.
These fruits can be healthy and nutritional during flu season due to the ascorbic acid which is vitamin C, especially in citrus fruits and vegetables, but be aware they are also very detoxifying to your body. The fruits named below can be the most detoxifying fruits.
A good detoxification of your body can be a very good thing, however when you have the flu you may want to avoid them because the body could overreact to the detox and make you feel even worse.
Here is a list of some to be aware of
Oranges
Pineapples
Lemons
Grapefruits
Limes
Tomatoes
Tangerines
Some people may have problems with these fruits because of their acid content. Be aware of food allergies as well.
Some helpful things to do when you feel a cold or the flu coming on
Keep doing your Life Lift breaths. Building your immune system now is more important than ever. You may feel too congested to breathe, but forcing yourself to do a few healing Life Lift breaths may help you feel better. It is always my first line of defense when I am not feeling 100%. You may feel like you are coughing even more, but it is a good thing to bring up the mucus from your lungs. If you can't do anything else just take good deep breaths. Breathe in, breathe out. Let the air out for as long as possible. Keep blowing out as long as you can. Expel all of the air until you feel you have emptied completely. Try to make your exhale like a big deep sigh that goes down into the bottom of your belly.
Drink plenty of fluids during a cold. This may enable your immune system to work more effectively, a dehydrated body is a haven for viruses. Water and herbal tea are the best drinks to take. Try to have a homemade soup or broth for at least one meal of the day. There are many who say Chicken soup helps. I am a believer. I make my own by putting the chicken in a crock pot with water and fresh rosemary sprigs. Your home will smell good and it enhances the flavor of your chicken broth.
Cut down on mucus forming foods
Avoid Dairy: dairy creates mucus Eat dairy in small quantities, if at all, while you have a cold.
Avoid sugar: Avoid refined sugar, sweetened foods and sugar rich drinks, even pre-prepared fruit juices (fresh homemade juices diluted with water are fine in moderation).
Avoid wheat: Wheat allergy symptoms include tiredness, excess catarrh, asthma and itchiness (itchy throat, scalp and skin irritation). Become aware of how you react after eating wheat products and avoid them if you suffer from these symptoms.
Avoid Processed foods: avoid pre-packaged foods that contain additives you would not use in your own cooking.
Avoid Alcohol: alcohol is mucus forming.
Tea and coffee: substitute your usual tea with herbal teas that will help to relieve your symptoms. My favorites are Gypsy Cold Remedy and Throat Coat from Traditional Medicinals.

Hi Rashelle, my name is Lisa and I have just tried the cellulite cream and to be honest I was quite skeptical because I have tried everything possible on the market to lose this annoying weight and cellulite I have, and I am very surprised and excited about the results I have been having. Dear Rashelle,
Did the complete kit last night. Started with the aloe wash and the seaweed soap. I noticed an immediate improvement in the softness of my skin after showering. Then I applied the Night Magic and Saran Wrap with the help of my husband (he loved it!)
The parts of my body that were not wrapped ie. face, shoulders felt amazingly smooth, clean, and refreshed. I thought "what a soothing thing I am doing for myself!" I put a pair of tights over my Saran wrapped legs and belly and a warm terry night gown over the rest.
Kevin (hubby) and I laid in bed chatting, laughing and watching TV and I felt really wonderful. I did some LL breathing while laying there to work on my tummy and relax. The wrap felt warm and comforting.
Ok. Sleeping in Saran wrap was a new one for me! I was up by 6 AM took a shower and measured.
We are closing on a new home Thursday and have been packing to move a week from today. I couldn't find my last measurements and I didn't measure last night like I wanted to....BUT! I noticed a huge difference in the numbers (I remembered) especially around my waist, belly and upper thigh. Even my neck went down!

Since using the Life Lift video tape and Herbal Body Wrap products I've had amazing results in one month I lost a dress size total
To my other amazement, since having twins and losing 75 lbs, I've been concerned about loose skin. But The Haines collection Herbal Body Wrap products is solving that for me. I Love this Stuff!!!! Finding Lifelift and Rashelle changed my World. I did not lose quickly when starting LifeLift like most others do; but I kept with it no matter what. Rashelle worked with me all the way. I had to be quite patient to wait to see my results; but I will say that I sure was feeling good about myself and that was success right there! And then one day I woke up and knew the inches were coming off; and measured and lost a great deal of inches. That is where all this began for my 'road to wellness'. I knew my body was changing. I would have a good inch loss; then needed to be very patient again before I saw another. I just kept remembering that this is going to be a very long road for me; and I needed to be kept motivated.
That's when the Body Wrap products came into my life. Oh my goodness! I still remember the first night I used Night Magic after my bath; as I was smoothing on the gel I just knew it would help me. The very next morning I was dressing and caught a glimpse of myself; and was shocked. My hips were smaller! I couldn't believe my eyes. I kept looking and was just amazed. 10 plus inches off my body since October 29th. I haven't seen any
weight loss, but from reading the information from Raschelle I realize
this is not important right now.
