What excites me most about LifeLift is how practical it is. It's a
plain fact: if you make better use of your most important nutritional
requirement, oxygen, it will do good things for you. And that is what LifeLift

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to lose fat just by doing the
breathing exercises. Do you know of anyone who has? I find it easier just to
concentrate on the breathing alone. Can you please give me some input?

Dear Susie,
Yes, you can burn fat just doing the breathing. When
you do the LifeLift breathing you are flooding your body with oxygen and
it is the oxygen that burns fat.
One of my favorite things about LifeLift is that you don't have to
think about the fat loss if you don't want to. Just enjoy the wonderful way you
feel when you create that lovely "endorphin high" that leaves you feeling so
great.
There are so many benefits to doing LifeLift that the loss of inches and fat
is icing on the cake. The reality is that if you are doing the LifeLift
regularly you will help your body function better in all ways and when
your body is "happy" and working right it will look great too!
It would be good if everyone would focus on the basic benefits of LifeLift,
such as building the immune system and healing with oxygen. The
weight and inch loss will come naturally.
Be good to yourself and do what makes YOU feel good.
Energizing a Friend
The
other day a friend was telling me that she was feeling
down, depressed
and
tired. She said she felt
weak, sluggish. She had
no
energy. She couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong.
I knew immediately that she was not doing her LifeLift aerobic breathing. I
asked her how long it had been since she had done it.
I could tell it was as if a light bulb had turned on. She instantly "got" the
association of when she had stopped doing her breathing and when she started to
feel all of these symptoms of feeling "yucky."
Here is a list of symptoms that you may be feeling if your body is oxygen

I don't think I look young for my age. I think I look the way you
are supposed to look when you don't abuse yourself. I made the choice to use the
gifts I was given to create something I can feel proud of.

Love Those Potatoes!
What
you eat is such an important factor in avoiding oxygen deficiency. That is why I
will devote a section of the newsletter sometimes to different "Good tasting,
good for you" foods.
"Living food" such as raw fruits and vegetables are high in oxygen.
One of my personal favorites has always been potatoes. The joke at my home
when I was growing up was that there had to be at least 2 helpings of potatoes
just for me.
Potatoes are a good source of potassium, vitamin C, B6, and fiber, and
the skins have a high concentration of all of these. Even though you don't eat
them raw they are loaded with nutrients.
There are so many wonderful ways to prepare them. Use your imagination. I
like to cut them in chunks and add olive oil, lemon pepper or chopped rosemary,
and then roast them in the oven for about one hour.
When you shop for your potatoes be careful not to purchase green, soft, or
sprouted potatoes. The green sprouts can cause stomach upset and they can be
toxic.
Don't store your potatoes in the refrigerator. The cold temperature turns the
starch to sugar. Be sure to take them out of the plastic bag and put them in a
dark, cool and well-ventilated place. I keep mine in a plastic mesh basket. It
keeps them from getting moldy.
Pregnancy, Before and After
LifeLift is a wonderful way to prepare for pregnancy. You will have
strong abdominal muscles, a stronger immune system and a
cleaner body inside from eliminating all the toxins that LifeLift
will release. You will start with a fit, clean, energetic, healthy body, and
that has to help. You will have a better chance of having an easy pregnancy.
Then after your blessed event, LifeLift is even more useful, if that is
possible! You will already be ahead of the game in getting your midsection back
in shape, which is one of the big concerns new mothers have. And building strong
abdominals from the inside out is one way LifeLift shines!
Besides strengthening those tummy muscles, you will lose the extra weight
pregnancy brings without restricting your eating (which is hard to do if you are
nursing. OK, it's hard to do anytime, nursing or not , you will feel good, and
it will help give you the energy you need to keep up with and enjoy your new,
larger family.
LifeLift will help keep you healthy, too, partly from giving you more energy
in the first place, and from its immune-enhancing effect as well. You don't have
time to be sick with a new baby! Not to mention the risk if the child getting
ill as well.
There is nothing more wonderful in all the world than a child. I would love
to help you be the best Mom you can be. Feeling good and having lots of energy
will make this wonderful experience all that it should be!
